KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute participated in the 18th Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference – BakuTel 2012, which took place from 6th to 9th November 2012 in Baku.
This telecommunications and information technologies exhibition is a significant event for the market of the Central Asia. At this occasion, KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute presented its autonomous hybrid power supply system designed for powering GSM base stations, named KONČAR Hybrid Box. It uses energy from wind, sun and hydrogen ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute is one of five Croatian companies exhibiting on Bakutel summoned by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, following the invitation by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
KONČAR Hybrid Box had already been presented to the Central Asian market in May at the Central Asian International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Conference and Showcase Kitel in Kazahstan, where the visitors showed great interest in it.
