Over the last decades, we have delivered TCMS – Train Control and Management System, for more than 400 rail vehicles, carefully listened to our customers, actively wrote all their problems with equipment, and learned about their frustration and needs. HMIs, as component-of-the-shelf, is left as one of the weakest components of TCMS. After the warranty period passed, repairs became very expensive, parts were unavailable, spare parts stock drained, and customer support becomes very bad. So, we decided to deal with it and learn from others’ mistakes.
