Employees have the possibility of permanent professional education and attending courses in foreign languages, IT, quality, environmental, and occupational health, and safety management systems. New knowledge is acquired through post-graduate doctoral and specialist studies and through work on R&D projects in teams with employees of other KONČAR Group companies, seminars, and active participation at international conferences and exhibitions.
