An autonomous system of permanent monitoring of the electromagnetic field is installed in Vrbovec.
In this way, information about the actual values of the radiation of electromagnetic fields is available to the citizens of Vrbovec. Monitoring results are publicly available at any time of the day through a customized application. Interested citizens can compare actual radiation values with the levels defined in the Regulations for protection against electromagnetic fields.
After Sveta Nedelja, Knin, and the municipalities of Kaštelir-Labinci, Vrbovec is the fourth city in Croatia, which provides its citizens with insight into the measurement results and the true value of electromagnetic field radiation.
