Prof. Stjepan Car, PhD, President of the Management Board of KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute Inc., won the Annual Award Hrvoje Požar for significant expert and scientific work in the development of energy sector.
It is granted by the Croatian Energy Association (HED) through Hrvoje Požar Foundation. This year Hrvoje Požar awards were presented at the ceremony in the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts also to the best students in the field of energy, and five scholarships were granted as well. Annual Award Hrvoje Požar is granted since 1995 for popularisation and promotion of the interest in energy.
