Jubilar, 15th International Innovation Exhibition ARCA 2017 was held in Zagreb from 19th to 21st October. The exhibition organized by the Union of Croatian Innovators gathered innovators from Croatia as well as other countries all over the world.
New solutions were presented by several companies within the KONČAR Group. ARCA Silver Medal was awarded to KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute team for the innovation “Electromagnetic field monitoring system – MEP”.
This innovative solution is a result of research, careful planning, and collaboration of a project’s team members: Vedran Momčilović, Aleksandar Kosanović, Nikola Crnek, and Krunoslav Sohora.
Electromagnetic field monitoring system – MEP measures all relevant frequencies in our every-day surrounding. Thanks to publicly available information, MEP eliminates suspicion of radiation levels, at any time of the day, by reviewing the monitoring results of individual frequency bands and overall calculations through a customized application.
ARCA medals have been also awarded to KONČAR – Distribution & Special Transformers Inc., and KONČAR – Power Plant and Electric Traction Engineering Inc. for their innovative solutions.
