The traditional meeting of newly hired associates of KONČAR – Institute was again organized for colleagues who joined our teams during the last year.
Over the past year, as many as 32 new associates have joined us in various positions in the departments of our two business units, the Laboratory Center and Digital Platforms and Systems, as well as shared services.
This gathering aimed to connect newly employed associates and introduce them to the Institute’s management and business.
At the beginning of the meeting, the colleagues were greeted by the President of the Managing Board, Siniša Marijan, Ph.D., who held a short presentation about the business, mission, vision, and fundamental values of the KONČAR – Institute in more detail. Besides that, a member of the Managing Board and the director of the BU Laboratory Center, Dalibor Filipović-Grčić, Ph.D., director of BU Digital platforms and solutions, Zlatka Tečec Ribarić Ph.D., and managers of Accounting and Finance, Commercial Services, HR and Legal Services, Quality & IT, and Product Certification and Inspection introduced themselves to our newly employed colleagues.
After that, new colleagues visited our prototype unit and several of our laboratories, during which our newly hired colleagues had the opportunity to learn firsthand more about our laboratory testing services and the development of our solutions.
