Laboratory for EMC and Safety performs measurements and calculations of low-frequency and high-frequency electromagnetic fields according to the Croatian Regulations of the Protection of Electromagnetic Fields (Official Gazette no. 98/11), in the frequency range from 0 Hz to 10 GHz.
Our services include:
- measurements of non-ionizing radiation from the magnetic resonance devices electrical and magnetic field
- measurements of 50 Hz frequency in households and business objects near power lines or power substations
- high-frequency electromagnetic field measurements of GSM operators base stations in the areas of increased sensitivity (schools, nurseries, kindergartens, hospitals, households…) and professional exposure
- measurements of non-ionizing radiation from transmission devices in shopping centers and similar objects
calculations and measurements of electromagnetic fields for obtaining construction permission
Authorizations:
- authorization of the Ministry of Health for performing professional work in the domain of electromagnetic fields protection that includes measurements and calculations of electromagnetic field level in the frequency range from 0 Hz to 2,5 GHz
- authorization of the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency to perform the calculations and measurements of electromagnetic field level of radio stations
Laboratory for EMC and Safety is accredited to perform measurements and calculations of low-frequency and high-frequency electromagnetic fields according to ISO/IEC 17025.
