SCERT has the right to check whether the client uses the issued certificate in accordance with the subject and scope of certification. The scope of surveillance will depend on the certification scheme and possible complaints and information from the market. If the client incorrectly refers to the certificate or misuses it, SCERT will warn him in writing of irregularities and, if necessary, suspend the certificate.
