Laboratory center provides testing, measurements, analyses, and research of vibroacoustic characteristics of machines, electric apparatus, installations, and devices, in two specially designed anechoic chambers. Anechoic chambers are equipped with appropriate measuring instruments that enable testing and measurement of vibroacoustic characteristics of various sources of sound and vibration.
Besides two anechoic chambers, for the successful performance of complex vibroacoustic tests and measurements the Laboratory center disposes of:
- calibrated sound and vibration sources
- sound level meter
- two-channel vibration analyzers
- measuring multichannel data recorders and analyzers for noise and vibration
- acoustic camera with 42 microphones
- computers for automated measurements and processing of test results
- shaker and vibration controller
